MyWebcraft provides web design, website development, website redesign, and related digital services. The following conditions apply to all services:

• All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement
• Quotes provided via the Website or email are estimates and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by client response times, content delays, or unforeseen circumstances
• Final project scope, specifications, and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before work commences
• MyWebcraft reserves the right to decline any project request at its discretion

6. Payments and Refunds

The following payment terms apply to all projects undertaken by MyWebcraft:

• A 50% deposit is required before any work commences
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, prior to the final website being made live or delivered
• Payment methods will be communicated during the quoting process
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work until outstanding amounts are settled

7. Project Delivery and Client Responsibilities

The following responsibilities apply to clients engaging MyWebcraft for any service:

• Clients are responsible for supplying all required content (text, images, logos, branding) in a timely manner
• Clients warrant that they own or have the legal right to use all content, images, and materials supplied to MyWebcraft
• Delays caused by the client in providing content or feedback may result in revised delivery timelines
• MyWebcraft will not be held liable for project delays resulting from client-side delays
• Final approval of the completed website must be provided in writing before the site is made live

8. Hosting, Domains & Ongoing Costs

Where MyWebcraft provides or arranges website hosting and domain registration on behalf of a client:

• Hosting fees are charged on a monthly basis and are separate from the once-off website development fee
• Domain registration and renewal fees are the responsibility of the client
• MyWebcraft will notify clients in advance of any renewal fees due
• Failure to pay hosting or domain renewal fees may result in the website or domain being suspended
• Upon full payment of all outstanding amounts, domain ownership belongs to the client

9. Software Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

• Changes or modifications made by the client or third parties after delivery
• Issues arising from third-party plugins, software, or platforms outside of MyWebcraft's control
• New feature requests or content updates (these are billed separately)
• Issues caused by the client's hosting environment or domain configuration

10. User Accounts

Where access to a client portal, dashboard, or admin area is provided:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must notify MyWebcraft immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• MyWebcraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate account access in the event of a breach of these terms or non-payment

11. Privacy and Data

Your use of this Website is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Website and submitting any personal information through our contact or quote forms, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), 4 of 2013.
